I'm not local. Can I still book?

Haylie Baisden Photography offers services to those within an 20 mile radius at no additional cost. For weddings and events, mileage is factored in to package price. For families, seniors and portraits, there is a small travel fee depending on distance.

How do we get our photos?

All galleries are uploaded to my Pixieset, where you will have access via email. Here, you are able to download the images straight to your computer or mobile device, mark your favorites and even order prints.

How do we book you?

Clients are able to book by inquiring via email or calling. In order to book, a non-refundable retainer fee must be paid by 12AM to secure your spot. For example, you email on 6pm on May 20th to book a session in July, your retainer fee MUST be paid by midnight on May 21st.

How many photos do we get?

This is up to you. All sessions have a set gallery limit, however, you may choose to upgrade at an additional cost.

How long until I receive my photos?

Depending on the image quantity and time of year (spring is always the busiest for me) MOST galleries are delivered within 5-7 business days. Should it take longer, you will be notified right away and will still have access to sneak peeks within 2 business days.

Can you help us with planning?

Absolutely! Every single detail of every session is SO important- so making sure everything flows together is the key to a perfect session. From locations to outfits to alternative plans, I will assist you in the best way possible.
